Job Description

:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager of Real Estate Acquisition, Multi-Family. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the acquisition process for multi-family properties. Your primary objective will be to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, negotiate deals, and facilitate successful property acquisitions.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential multi-family properties for acquisition.
  • Analyze investment opportunities, perform financial modeling, and assess risk factors to determine the feasibility of acquisitions.
  • Evaluate and present investment recommendations to senior management, including financial analysis and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals to source potential deals.
  • Lead negotiations with sellers, including structuring purchase agreements and coordinating due diligence activities.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to multi-family real estate acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure a smooth acquisition process.


Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate acquisition.
  • Proven track record in real estate acquisition, specifically in multi-family properties.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including experience with financial modeling and investment analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate investment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local and regional real estate markets.
