Job Description

We're expanding to new locations and searching for3PLLogistics Office Managersto establish and oversee new operation teams!

RMX is an experienced, Top 3PL provider and we want the best and brightest to join us and direct a team of employees in the transportation brokerage arena. Since our inception in 1983, we've grown to several offices nationwide with plans to expand to new regions in the United States. About the Position:

  • Ambition to grow a new office as part of our established organization
  • Build a solid process plan for ongoing new business
  • Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
  • Manage the daily TMS processes of receiving, processing orders
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
  • Performing employee reviews and assessments
  • Customer communication & problem solving to include onboarding new customers & projects
  • Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
  • Implementing business strategies


What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Book of business is required
  • At least 7 years of experience in transportation/logistics/3PL
  • Proficient Microsoft office and computer skills
  • Strong conflict management skills, including those involving sensitive and complex matters
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company policies, procedures, and agreements
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Previous team leadership role as a manager for a minimum of 4-6 team members for at least 2-3 years
