Position Purpose

The Mobile Crisis Response Team provides mental health rehabilitation services to adults and families in order to decrease hospitalization and crisis episodes and to increase community functioning for the client to achieve rehabilitative, resiliency, and recovery goals.

The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the supervisor in training, mentorship, and support to the clinical team. The Team Leader will manage a case load, run groups, act as point person for staff questions and problem solving, provide training, provide quality assurance, complete reporting, and attend required leadership meetings.

Qualifications/Skills

• Valid driver’s license
• Master degree in counseling, psychology, social work or another related field

Essential Responsibilities

• Engage families into treatment services while allowing staff to focus on individual treatment.
• Ensure that individual and group census numbers are within required fidelities.
• Assist in oversight and direction to community based intervention and support team.
• Provide individual, group and family counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Complete requirements for review and signing of all required clinical documentation.

Shift: 8 hours

• 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Days are candidate choice)
