Play a role in bringing autonomous technologies to the real world. We are looking for a motivated Operations Test Coordinator with excellent problem solving and communication skills. This person will be responsible for scheduling tests, coordinating resources, and maintaining a culture of safety on 2nd shift.

Key Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment with ever-changing priorities
  • Background in leadership, continuous improvement, and resource management
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees, contractors, and customers
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Background in engineering is a plus
  • Work 2nd shift; 2:30pm to 11:00pm
  • Work onsite at Apple Facilities in a team-based environment, 5 days per week
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with exceptional attention to detail

Description

Ensure day to day operations comply with Apple operational and safety guidelines. When necessary, work with the appropriate teams to create new guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures Provide leadership and direction to department employees & contractors Define and assign test conductor certification requirements based on various test factors Collaborate with test requestors to define instructions Collaborate with developers for tooling requirements to effectively manage a test site Efficiently prioritize tests & resources to meet program milestones Knowledge of: Methods, techniques and procedures that ensure the safety of the lab users and fellow employees Willingness/Ability to perform tasks with little to no guidance

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
