$22/hr - Learning and Development Coordinator


The hiring company provides a platform for small and local businesses, including hotels, restaurants, and attractions, to showcase their offerings and connect with potential customers.


They have an extensive database of travel-related content, including reviews, photos, and information on various destinations, making it a valuable resource for travelers to explore and plan their trips.


In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the OD&L team’s org-wide initiatives, training programs, and learning technology and report to the Senior Manager, OD&L, and work closely with stakeholders within the People Operations Team.

Responsibilities


  • Organizing logistics for internal training, events, and meetings.
  • Maintaining and planning Global OD&L course offerings calendar for employee and manager training sessions, in partnership with their Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion team
  • Act as the main point of contact for their vendors for contracting and invoicing, and manage records for past contracts/invoices to help with department spend tracking.
  • Producing monthly newsletters to promote training opportunities globally


Qualifications


  • 1+ years of HR administrative/programmatic experience is strongly preferred
  • Keen to learn and utilize new technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
