2024 Finance Rotational Program | Miami, FL


Grad Dates: Dec 2023 graduates

Location: Miami, FL (Port of Miami office)

Format: In Person Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday's

Start Date: February 2024


Royal Caribbean Group’s prestigious Finance Rotational Program (FRP) is a two-year rotational program designed to build future leaders for the finance organization. We seek innovative and energetic candidates who recently have completed or will soon complete an undergraduate degree and are ready to take on challenging and rewarding assignments that provide the opportunity to make a real impact on our exciting, expanding business.

The two-year opportunity is in the Port of Miami Headquarters office. Participants will spend time working in their respective four of the company’s finance functional areas, becoming familiar with the core financial drivers of the company, financial operations, revenue optimization and fleet deployment strategy, to name a few.


What we are looking for:

  • Seniors with an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, and/or quantitative degree program
  • Desire to go above and beyond what is required
  • Proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • High level of critical thinking
  • Proven capability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Graduating in Dec 2023
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Ability to think strategically while managing the details
