Job Responsibilities

• If an employee observes a guest who is intoxicated the employee shall directly, and/or with the support of the Food & Beverage and/or Property Leadership on duty, remove the Alcoholic Beverage from the guest’s possession
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance by following grooming and uniform policies in Employee Handbook. Food & Beverage specific grooming and apparel policies include:
• Complete stand opening and closing procedures per SOP.
• An employee shall never, under any circumstance, engage in the sale or service of alcohol to an intoxicated guest and shall notify the Food & Beverage and/or Property Leadership on duty of any guest who shows common signs of intoxication before the sale or service of alcohol to the guest in question.
• Follow proper Alcohol handling procedures.
• No artificial nails
• Hair must be kept pulled back in a hat or hairnet
• Knowledge of menu and prices at assigned locations.
• Non-slip shoes
• No false eyelashes
• Maintain stand cleanliness per Cleaning and Sanitation SOP.
• Employees have the right to refuse service to any guest based on all reasonable observations. If an employee refuses service of alcohol to any guest for any reason, the employee must notify the Food & Beverage and/or Property Leadership on duty immediately to ensure the refusal of service to the person in question is reviewed and the determination is made if the guest in question will be served, continue to be served or if alcohol service will be suspended for the remainder of the operating day. If it is determined that service of alcohol is suspended, it is the responsibility of the Food & Beverage Leadership and/or Property Leadership on duty to ensure this information is communicated to all locations where alcohol is served to prevent the person in question from being served again.
• No jewelry
• Take and fill guest orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Report any issues (guest concerns, equipment operation, etc.) to Command Base or supervisor.
• Knowledge of HFE Alcoholic Beverage Service procedure.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized location at all times.
• Consistently operate stand per SOP.

Requirements

• Completion of Food Services training.
• Completion of TIPS alcohol training.
• Minimum of 20 years old to pour beer or serve alcohol.
• Minimum of 18 years old to handle alcohol.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to consistently operate a computer, including park software systems.
• Strong focus on punctuality and the ability to consistently report for all scheduled shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and tolerate extreme weather conditions.
