2023 Food Services Bartender Jobs

Act as a liaison between bartender, guest, and management

Tip out (as designated by management/ specific to restaurant).

Preferred Experience and Special Skills:

Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $12.00+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

To help create memories for our guests and staff as the best mountain resort experience again and again

Always acknowledge every guest immediately upon sight

At least one year of experience in a high-volume bar/ restaurant or in craft cocktail.

Previous experience using a computerized POS system.

Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.

Enters drink orders into the POS system and collects payment from patrons for drinks served.

Completes sales and inventory reports accurately.

Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.

Knowledge of HFE Alcoholic Beverage Service procedure.

Knowledge of menu and prices at assigned locations.

Hair must be kept pulled back in a hat or hairnet

Maintain stand cleanliness per Cleaning and Sanitation SOP.

Follow proper Alcohol handling procedures.

Maintain clean and organized location at all times.
