Evening Bartender About the Hotel: The Shoenbrunn Hotel is located at 1186 W High Street New Philadelphia, Ohio Summary: Provide the highest level of service to our guest in the lounge. We are looking for a Friday and Saturday night bartender to cover the shifts in the pub. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet guests in a professional manner Follow established serving and portion guidelines Deliver drinks, that is attractively presented, and correct temperature Clear dirty dishes from lounge area Maintain orderly, clean and safe work area, lounge, and storage facilities Properly refresh tables, and bar with condiments, and any other items needed Ensure dining areas are clean and inviting at all times Attend all meetings Follow established safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment, and sharp policies Provides assistance to other parts of the hotel to its smooth operation Maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional image to guest and associates Complies with all hotel policies and procedures Reports to the General Manager Education/Experience: High school diploma, or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, ability to write reports, and correspondence, ability to speak effectively to groups of guest, and employees Job Posted by ApplicantPro
