1.Hutchinson - 1St Shift - Industrial Painter

1st Shift

• Full-time (overtime, as required)
• Mixing and application of paints and other industrial coatings.
• Wage based on experience and education.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Administrative duties: maintaining production records and tracking paint and solvent usage.
• Proper disposal of hazardous waste, according to safety and EPA regulations.
• Other miscellaneous items related to paint application-that may not be listed here-will also be required, as needed.
• Maintenance and cleaning of paint booth and equipment.
• Preparation of material prior to painting-as well as packaging finished product.

1st Shift Schedule Options:

Monday – Friday…6:00 am – 4:30 pm

(or)

Monday-Thursday...5:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday...6:00 am - 12:00 Noon

Required Skills

• Production of quality end products in a timely fashion
• Regular and on-time attendance
• Desire to work overtime
• Willingness to follow correct safety procedures at all times
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Efficient work skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and related equipment.
• Ability and desire to work as part of a team
• Strong and conscientious work ethic
