Our client, in the Advertising and Media space, is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a full time, direct hire, 100% remote role that can pay up to $95k base salary plus benefits and bonus opportunity, depending on experience. Must reside in Central, Mountain or Pacific time zone.

Job Details


The Account Executive plays a primary role working across multiple departments and supporting various stakeholders within the agency. In this role, you will partner with account leaders to support the day-to-day success of your assigned group of accounts.


What you'll do


Relationship


  • Build strong working relationships with the internal agency who will provide support within different aspects of your accounts.
  • Be the point person within the agency for the account, funneling communication and ensuring the relationship remains strong.
  • Proactively communicate with your clients with transparency to ensure they know what is happening at all times.


Project Management / Execution


  • Use project management software to manage daily processes and approvals
  • Act as communication point between clients & internal production team
  • Own all client deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on-time, accurately, and within scope


Account Strategy


  • Own the development of strategic planning and execution for your set of accounts; understand and support changing business needs, provide


proactive solutions and deliver seasonal or as needed marketing plans


  • Create upsell opportunities for additional development, media and/or services.
  • Drive the strategic development and guidance on your accounts, knowing and understanding their specific business needs
  • Collaborate with internal agency team members within their respective fields to drive new strategies and tactics on behalf of your clients
  • Review analytics and reporting to understand performance; make strategic adjustments as necessary


Analytics and Insights


  • Generate and deliver monthly reporting for each client
  • Provide the “so what” for the client reporting. Why does the report matter? What is it teaching us and how are we acting upon it?

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5+ years of working experience
  • Demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing for businesses
  • Organized and proactive
  • Bring a comfort level with public speaking, and be willing to work towards interacting directly with clients
  • Digital agency background strongly preferred
