Manage your Loan Officer's calendar, keeping your Loan Officer on schedule and on task.

Make routine adjustments to high-speed industrial processing, packaging, casing, and palatizing equipment and machinery to maintain product quality and production schedules.

Follow production schedule; read and follow formulas; enter data into program and on paper

Work as a team member with company accounting staff and management

Manage fixed asset accounting and reconcile fixed asset accounts

Hire, train, and manage office staff

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

4-year degree in accounting, finance, or related field – CPA a plus

Progressive work experience in accounting preferred – a recent graduate with good work history may be considered

Rigging experience and certification is preferred

Provide input to future vehicle platforms based on experience with the current vehicles onsite

5+ years of experience in heavy equipment coordination

Experience with vehicle assistance systems is a plus (HMI controls, speed limiters, collision avoidance systems)

Strong organization and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school.

Requires the ability to travel in the performance of job duties, with overnight stays as appropriate.

Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs and sets tables according to standards for guest use

Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, separating and organizing dishes for maximum productivity
