Determine material requirements and select appropriate materials to perform the job.

Must have completed a certified/accredited Carpentry Apprenticeship Program resulting in a certification as Journeyman Carpenter. (Required to submit certification)

Receive written or oral instructions from supervision. Work from complex drawings and engineering sketches.

Plan, measure, cut, and install T-bars for ceiling construction and cut and install various types and styles of ceiling panels.

Construct and work from scaffolds and perform on-the-job rigging as required.

Current Act 120 Certification or Act 120 certified by date of appointment.
