Manufacturing Operations Manager (Bilingual Spanish)

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team to lead the way and be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations while ensuring maximum efficiency and cost reduction. You will be expected to manage inventory control and production control, as well as staff operations and leadership. Previous experience in the retail industry is a must!
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading production operations while ensuring optimal efficiency and cost reduction. You will be responsible for managing staff, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control. You will also be responsible for staffing operations, auditing regularly to ensure standard operating procedures, making improvement to employee performance, and managing resource to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods and materials.
What You Need for this Position
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the retail industry. We require strong knowledge in Inventory Control, Production Control, Management, Budget Management, Staffing Leadership, and Staffing Operations. Bilingual Spanish is a MUST as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel is a plus!) and AS-400 for workflow management.
