Assist with management and instruction of other youth programs as needed

Manages the services and outcomes of the Remote Youth Case Worker/Youth Coach;

Understanding of prevention science and experience teaching prevention education preferred.

Assists and advises the Program Manager regarding program changes, design, development, etc.;

Provides regular reports to the Program Manager;

Manages, schedules, and evaluates programming of partner agencies during out-of-school-time center-based periods;

Create surveys to measure knowledge and social emotion gains made through IRC programs

Recruit skilled volunteers, community members, and professional speakers to support youth programs as mentors and presenters

Complete administrative responsibilities including tracking time and effort, annual development of professional goals, and the 90 day onboarding plan
