Coordinates with Training System Support Center (TSSC) Manager to meet site specific TSSC requirements for facilities and support.

Must be able to effectively deliver oral presentations to management and customers

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory/managerial position required.

Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in a high-volume clinical laboratory, cytology, histology, or anatomic pathology department required.

Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science or related field required OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
