Support the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting to implement and maintain the company’s accounting policies and monitor compliance.

Assist the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting with the assessment and implementation of new accounting standards.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Minimum 5 years of professional experience

Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations

Experience with accounting research tools

Serve as subject matter expert and leverage industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management

At least 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the Software environment

3+ years of experience with project management

Ideally Finance, Fintech experience (blockchain, currency, data security, payment systems, payments, banking)

Experience with Cypress, Django, Next.js,

Jira (agile methodologies - waterfall, scrum)

$80,000 - $100,000 in a base

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management role, preferably with start-up and/or CPG exposure

Strong sense of urgency and time management skills; ability to work within deadlines on multiple projects and competing priorities

Monday.com and/or other project management tool experience required

2-3 years of project management experience

Partner with SmartThings stakeholders to implement process improvements within the software development life cycle and program management process.

Work with cross functional teams to define projects, collect requirements, and develop project milestones and dependencies.

Have 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Identify resources required to complete project and review with senior management to establish a project life cycle.

Establish a communication plan to update senior management and other stakeholders of progress and ensure timely, appropriate escalations

Identify and communicate issues, risks, and status to propose solutions, drive decisions and manage stakeholder expectations.

Liaise with Business Analysts for requirements gathering and documentation of new processes

At least 7 years of relevant clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar organization.

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional study team to ensure successful study delivery.

Act as the main liaison between the study team and the Clinical Program Team.

4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience

Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans

Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools

Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments

UM managed care experience strongly preferred

Manage the full project life cycle, including budget, resources, and project execution, deployment, and closure

Experience working with multiple teams internally and externally (vendors)

Strong database familiarity and ability to pick up quickly

Independent worker with strong attention to detail

Working knowledge of an enterprise project management tool, such as Planview PPM Pro or Clarity.

Can demonstrate excellent change management leadership skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science plus eight to ten years project management experience, or equivalent training and/or experience.

Applies generally accepted project management methodology and enforce project standards.

Understanding of and support for generally accepted project management standards and methodology.

Leads and manages project lifecycle phases for multiple complex projects initiatives which could share the same delivery timelines .

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is REQUIRED.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. REQUIRED
