Insight Global is looking for an Asset Management Associate to sit fully remote EST hours 8-5am for a large Pharma Client. This Associate will be joining the Asset Management team and will be responsible for coordination/scheduling of laboratory equipment service visits for over 5,000 assets. This candidate will be ensuring service visits are scheduled as requested, follow-up is completed, emails are responded to in a timely manner, visit confirmations distributed to the appropriate personnel, and documentation follow-up is provided. In addition to the above, support will also include: reconciliation of completed service visits/requests in the clients asset management database, scheduling meetings and developing meeting summaries for laboratory equipment, scheduling preventative maintenance visits for laboratory assets and other projects such as presentation development or creation of asset data reports. This position will communicate heavily with vendors, internal Stakeholders (equipment owners/users & Research and Development Site Operations) and the Asset Management Team
