Overview The Program Director Talent Management is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs to ensure the organization has the right people with the right skills in the right roles. The Program Director will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management initiatives, such as succession planning, performance management, and employee development. Detailed Job Description The Program Director Talent Management will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs to ensure the organization has the right people with the right skills in the right roles. This includes designing, implementing, and evaluating talent management initiatives, such as succession planning, performance management, and employee development. The Program Director will be responsible for creating and managing a talent management system that is aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. The Program Director will also be responsible for developing and managing a talent pipeline to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent management

• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Experience in developing and managing a talent pipeline
• Experience in creating and managing a talent management system
