Job Description

Director of Marketing & Program Management (Dental)

Location: North Carolina, USA (Hybrid/Remote Work)

Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 USD + Healthcare, 401k, Vacation

CSG Talent are partnered with a leading dental organization in identifying a new Director of Marketing & Product Management.

This position will be a critical member of the executive team and reporting directly to the CEO, where you will be leading and implementing the strategic plan and key go to market and infrastructure initiatives across various teams. As the company is evolving, they are looking for someone who can support the growth and success within the companies core values.

The ideal candidate will have experience in having close partnership with the global teams (Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Marketing). This key role also heads the marketing activities, focusing on lead generation, brand management, digitalization, and the expansion of eCommerce capabilities, which is poised for extensive growth.
