Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Strong time management, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task

Offer expertise on seasonal and core product lines to aid in photoshoot production

Experience on-set and in photo studios – understanding of production/pre-production, prop sourcing & procurement, photography, and post-production preferred

2-3 years of experience in photo studio or editorial production role.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Keynote, Airtable knowledge a plus

Experience working in a photography studio, film set, or theatrical environment, and understand the needs and demands of the Stylists/Art Department/Photographers.

Set construction: You have a background in set building, painting, light construction, or related Experience and are comfortable with power tools.

Wallpaper, tile work, fabrication, or carpentry skills are a significant bonus.

Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe

Strong communication and time management skills

Familiarity with color management in both production and post-production (including print).

Understanding of asset management practices, familiarity with DAMs

Lead all ecomm photoshoots shoots in partnership with Styling Manager, and Studio Team.

3+ years of production experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting

Degree in photography, film or relevant work experience

Proven experience as production assistant with a minimum of 1-year experience in either film/video or photo production

Knowledge of terminology will be appreciated

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

Assist Producer, wardrobe dept, creative team, camera people and other crew members

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Produce and Project Manage multiple shoots, including PDP, Social, and Video.

Manage all aspects of PDP Shoots with external agencies from pre-production to post-production. Lead and execute external creative team creative development.

Work with vendors for timely estimates and invoice submission; process invoices and reconcile with finance.

Track and manage all new freelance hires, NDA, and contracts for Legal.

Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

Translates product concepts into user stories, epics, requirement documents, test cases and acceptance criteria as appropriate and owns their quality

10+ years of professional experience with at least 8 years working in the online industry

Experience with technical, user and business issues in a fast-paced organization
