Experience with RDBMS Relational Databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

Assist in neuroimaging pipeline development, optimization, and automation

Apply machine learning algorithms to existing behavioral and MRI datasets

Summarize results of data analysis in regular meetings with project PIs

Process neuroimaging data using tools such as FSL, ANTS, AFNI, and other relevant tools

Develop scripts using python, MATLAB, and/or shell scripting

Navigating high performance computing resources on campus

(Optional) Experience with wearable technology and familiarity with IMU sensors is a plus.

(Optional) Proven experience in data analysis, preferably working with sensor or time-series data.

Location: Remote or Los Angeles

Utilize programming languages (Python, MATLAB, etc.) and data manipulation tools to parse and extract raw data generated by IMU sensors.

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the collected sensor data.
