Job Description

Seeking three part-time Data Entry / Customer Support Specialists

Location: Dallas, TX (Addison area)

Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)

 

Catapult Health (Addison area) is in the business of empowering individuals to improve their health.  We do this through next generation preventive health checkups.  Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission. To be specific, our Data Entry / Customer Support Specialists resolve patient inquiries through email, text and phone calls and perform high volume data entry of health information.  

 

Additional Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age or over.

Position hours are: Monday - Friday and must be between 8am and 6pm.  If you are in school or working around a school schedule, we can accommodate alternating work days as long as the schedule is consistent during the school year.

 

  • As a rapidly growing organization, job responsibilities may be altered from time to time.
  • Respond to patient inquiries daily via phone, email and text, as assigned.
  • Track all activity in our tool, Zendesk.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of patient forms.
  • Perform significant and accurate data entry of up to 100 health forms daily while maintaining a monthly accuracy rate of 96% or above.
  • Protect patient privacy rights and maintain confidentiality of PHI in accordance to policy and procedure and HIPPA requirements.
  • Embrace and share our customer centric mindset through daily interactions with our team members and patients.
  • Communicate with patients verbally and electronically to ensure form completion.

 

  • Exceptional data entry skills with a heavy volume of typing and accuracy required (alpha numeric)
  • Strong sense of urgency / drive to be resourceful and excel.
  • Extraordinarily responsible and dependable.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • An agile, self-starter mentality and the capacity to work in a faced paced, transforming environment.
  • Strong proficiency working with technology systems, including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience handling confidential information and tasks with the utmost care and discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal grammar and communication skills.
  • Proven experience with alphanumeric and 10-key data entry with exceptional accuracy and typing speed.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required.
