Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs with some guidance.

Proactively consume data from a variety of sources to extract insights and appropriately communicate them to customers.

Promote and facilitate continuous test and learn opportunities to optimize performance and value to the organization and the end user.

Demonstrate strong leadership, technology acumen and an ability to provide the appropriate influence at all levels of the organization.

Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders for solving complex business problems and/or new system enhancement requests.

Liaison with the Corporate Finance organization to support the portfolio management (governance) process.

Apply project management skills to track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely delivery.

Support the development of standards, processes, tools, and training to facilitate project management excellence in Information Technology (IT) projects and/or programs.

Provide insight for corrective action that is needed to ensure project management standards are adhered to and applied consistently.

Create and maintain IT PMO and Project Management Champions communications/meeting plan(s).

Be an IT PMO Liaison and provide guidance and support to project managers in ensuring IT PMO processes.

Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.

Relevant educational qualification or degree in Data analytics or Data Science or Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent qualification. (Required)

Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems

Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganising data in a readable format

The typical day-to-day responsibilities of the individual in the role would be providing support the Delegation Team.

The Analysts will conduct data audits (validations) by utilizing Excel extractions and compare against Delegated rosters.

Once comparison of the data is performed pivot tables are require summarizing findings.

Additionally, the analyst will perform validations and create a Delegated TIN list among all rosters received.

This individual will work closer to Director of Delegation

Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire

Excellent Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Any prior experience into BA is huge plus

Estimating out which stories should be developed in the backlog

Interacting with the technical teams to elect their needs and priorities

Assist in development of processes created in Workday that will streamline efficiencies across HR, Finance, and management.

Provide testing, feedback and guidance throughout development and onboarding of Workday, in both HR and Finance.

Problem solving skills with ability to participate on projects assigned.

Undergraduate Degree required, preferably with concentrations in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Work with the Senior Business Analyst on workflow / projects assigned by Co-Presidents.

Assist with special projects and firm initiatives as needed by Senior Business Analyst.

ROLE: Business Analyst - Public Assistance/Eligibility Experience

Define and create business, functional and system requirements

Maintain design specifications and requirements traceability matrix

Present, clarify and confirm requirements and designs with the client

Requirements Analysis and Design Definition

Working closely with senior management, partners, clients, and technicians.

Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic Knowledge of SQL would be a plus.

Maintain a competitive market knowledge

Location: REMOTE but must sit near PHX or Scottsdale, AZ/open to travel to the following plant sites:

Basic Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Bachelor's Degree in a Business OR Computer Science/IT related field

Must have the ability to travel to plant sites for "go-lives" (will be reimbursed)

Strong business acumen and desire to learn

Any exposure to SAP as a user

Experience in an Agile Environment (using Jira, Confluence)

Experience working with Oracle Web Commerce (ATG / Endeca/BoomReach) is a big plus.

Idependently identify, research, and resolve open design questions.

Technical understanding of complex Enterprise Web and Mobile Application development and deployment concepts

Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues

•Participate with Product Owner and Product Grooming processes.

Provides junior support to Senior and Principal Management Consultants to conduct research, interpret results and make recommendations

Supports program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, metrics, acquisitions management, and risk management in support of business process engineering/re-engineering

Supports quality and program management activities

Above average experience creating and maintaining process documentation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of federal civilian agencies (e.g., Department of Veterans Affairs (preferred), Defense Health Agency, Health and Human Services)

Advanced knowledge of excel and analytic tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics

Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities and deadlines

Technical writing – experience creating end user guides

1-3+ years in Business Analyst or related role

Supports several simple to moderately complex testing requirements.

Has demonstrated experience in Facets claims processing/testing functions.

Develop and execute Facets tests to identify Facets problems and their root causes.

Previous PM experience/No PM certification required.

Stellar communication skills with the ability to create/present data in a consumable fashion.

Previous experience in a Marketing or BA role

Previous experience working in technology services vertical.

Familiar with business case development/evaluation, proficiently with/confidence to present to leadership.

Should understand basics of business culture, working with large company.

Familiarity with project management principles and tools is beneficial.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes and ensure they meet business requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Basic project management skills with the ability to self-manage and work on multiple assignments given changing priorities.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related area; equivalent experience above the required minimum may substitute for education.

Collaborate with developers and architects to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance needs, and other non-functional requirements.

Experience with using a formalized software development lifecycle methodology or an Agile framework.
