Junior Business Analyst Jobs

Must Haves:

• Should understand basics of business culture, working with large company.
• 1-2 years of experience in a role within an enterprise environment (Ex: Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Data Analyst, or Jr. Project Manager)
• Familiar with business case development/evaluation, proficiently with/confidence to present to leadership.
• Stellar communication skills with the ability to create/present data in a consumable fashion.
• Experience with dashboard creation.

Plusses:

• Previous experience working in technology services vertical.
• Previous experience in a Marketing or BA role
• Jira or Jira Align, Mural application/web app.
• Previous PM experience/No PM certification required.

Day to Day:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering data, presenting data to leaders across organizations and creating dashboards to present digestible data. Will assist in developing process across business units. Gathering data, assessing and analyze internal business cases/options for process improvement and implement a closed loop value realization process across business units. Acts as communication liaison between business and IT teams. The BA will be responsible for synthesizing data, intaking PPT slides, business cases, spreadsheets. Understanding data and presenting and building closed loop process for value identification!
