Job Description

Position: Junior Business Analyst

Location: REMOTE but must sit near PHX or Scottsdale, AZ/open to travel to the following plant sites:

  • Birmingham
  • Atlanta
  • Houston
  • Orlando


Must-haves

Bachelor's Degree in a Business OR Computer Science/IT related field

Bilingual in Spanish

Prior Internship

Must have the ability to travel to plant sites for "go-lives" (will be reimbursed)

Strong business acumen and desire to learn

Basic Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Plusses

Any exposure to SAP as a user

Day-to-Day

One of our clients in the building materials industry is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team and learn their ready-mix concrete business, help with documentation, provide training of their new system, and also provide support to the business and troubleshooting. This role will start with on the job training where you will start by learning how the client operates internally (software/operation training) and lead into the requirement taking and documentation stage. This Junior Business Analyst will need a good drive, eager to learn and be willing to travel to our various plant sites for any go-live event.
