Work with functional and technical teams to complete system enhancements and changes

Work with the client to understanding their needs and write design specifications

Liaison with the Corporate Finance organization to support the portfolio management (governance) process.

Apply project management skills to track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely delivery.

Support the development of standards, processes, tools, and training to facilitate project management excellence in Information Technology (IT) projects and/or programs.

Provide insight for corrective action that is needed to ensure project management standards are adhered to and applied consistently.

Create and maintain IT PMO and Project Management Champions communications/meeting plan(s).

Be an IT PMO Liaison and provide guidance and support to project managers in ensuring IT PMO processes.

Advanced knowledge of excel and analytic tools such as Power BI or Google Analytics

Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities and deadlines

Technical writing – experience creating end user guides

1-3+ years in Business Analyst or related role

Minimum of 2 plus years of e-commerce experience preferably in an analytic role

Basic programming skills in any language

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
