A bachelor's degree in luxury hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Knowing and communicating information about the ferry service, including rules, regulations, and basic knowledge about the neighborhood where assigned.

Contacting managers with information regarding any major ferry delays, incidents, or passenger complaints.

Maintaining a manageable queue for waiting passengers.

Previous experience in ferry, transit, hospitality, or attraction industry preferred.

Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Clerk/Front Desk Agent

Some Key Areas Of Responsibilities Include

Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts using computerized property management systems.

Use logical thinking and personal judgment to perform a variety of office tasks that require special skills and knowledge.

Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.

Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of hotel.

Verify customers' credit, and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodation.

Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.

Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office)

Knowledge of Lightspeed Reservation system (Preferred)

Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

This position will be required to work two (2) overnight shift a week

Responsible for line management and ensuring that guests are notified ahead of time of their options.

Responsible for the preparation of guest service reports, synthesizing customer comments and reporting general servicing issues to management.

Responsible for all customer responses as directed by Ticket Sales Supervisor/Guest Service Manager.
