Manage daily performance and share out metrics daily with Operations and Marketplace leadership.

7 years of experience in Retail Operations experience required (Rite Aid experience a plus) required.

3-5 years of experience in inventory control required.

2 years of experience in amazon seller central preferred.

Analyze store performance and advise on action plans to improve metrics to meet standards. Develop Operating procedures for store fulfilled orders.

Report weekly on the health of the marketplace business, specifically operational KPIs (e.g. Out of stocks, shopper acceptance, and substitution rate).

Strong analytical and project management skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or other related/quantitative fields

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to achieve results

Ability to prioritize and drive progress on multiple projects

Self-motivated and able to work in a deadline-driven environment
