Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

SEC registrant experience is a plus

Experience with international transactions in a large, multinational consumer products company

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong understanding of US GAAP, accounting principles and financial statement analysis

8+ years of people management experience

Sourcing knowledge and experience preferred

10+ years of supply chain experience in a global, matrixed environment (Sourcing experience preferred)

Experience in consumer-packaged goods industry is preferred

Demonstrated experience driving positive results through large teams (20 people) in a challenging and fast-paced environment

Manage the Supplier relationship and risk management

Manage critical supplier issues, utilizing enhanced problem-solving skills to determine true root cause and to develop and implement irreversible corrective actions.

Partner with Supplier Development & Quality Engineering resources to ensure compliance to processes, procedures, ISO practices and regulatory/Food Safety requirements.

Collaborative work with internal teams as BD, EM ops, Finance, R&D, Marketing, Planning and Legal among others.

Support Sourcing strategy development and deployment – aligned with stakeholders.

Work close with BD/PCM to lead innovation projects in a collaborative model with external manufacturers and suppliers.

Manage and develop direct reports and provide the right direction and guidance regarding their specific supplier management and partnership activities.

Own the relationship management with the supplier.

Develop service level agreements, reports, activity dashboards, and relevant KPIs and use these to ensure balanced operation performance of the supplier

Continuously drive improvements in performance of the supplier in all relevant areas of Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery

Facilitate and build collaborative business relationships across the BIO division and all Biologics functions internally and across the suppliers’ organizations

Establish and maintain a positive culture of collaboration and partnership in the combined BIO and supplier/partner team.

Effective organizational and time management skills, can juggle many projects at once

Oversee the management of the Public Relations budget, calendar, and marketing task list with ease.

Elevated computer and social media skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver

Effective management of travel, schedule, and expenses

Plan and manage the overall engagements for brand spokespeople including but not limited to executives and Beauty Directors.

6+ years public relations experience, in-house or agency

8+ years of project or program management experience

Experience working with program management tools

Participate in long term team strategy, program management and prioritization, project & program management, and team leadership

Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

Manage individual projects by coordinating directly with the company’s internal data teams

Experience leading program and/or project teams
