Knowledge and use of T&M, Xactimate, negotiations with insurance providers (adjusters, consultants, etc)

Minimum 15 years of progressive and position-related work experience in construction management and 5+ years of experience in people management.

Knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction management industry including current conditions and industry network.

Effective computer skills including proficient use of project management and scheduling software.

Ensures project operations are executed in accordance with company project management procedures and policies.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.

Ability to provide leadership and financial management support to a large project team.
