HR/Administrative Coordinator! Hybrid 1-2 days/week. Excellent Opportunity!

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Creates and maintains detailed, complete and accurate records of all interactions in the Case Management System.

Ensures case management notes are written professionally thorough and accurately detail the problem and the proposed resolution.

Escalates complex issues to Tier 2 Service Center Specialists or HR Service Center Manager as required.

Identifies escalation trends to the HRSC Manager and opportunities for process improvement and/or new solutions.

Builds positive working relationship with colleagues, manager and stakeholders.

Knowledge of case management systems and HR Portal technology is helpful

Review end-to-end processes associated with HR Coordinator responsibilities and identify opportunities for improvements, either by streamlining or by automation.

Performs quality checks of data within scope of the HR Coordinator responsibilities.

Manage global projects or initiatives as necessary.

Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources, Business or related field; IHRIM and/or SHRM certification a plus

2 - 5 years' experience in HR preferred

Work with Collegiate Manager to help plan and execute brand specific initiatives

Update Weekly Grid each week and send to Collegiate Manager

Submit Weekly Agenda to Collegiate Manager

Bi Weekly conference call with all Collegiate Managers and Collegiate Coordinators

Respond in a timely manner to the Collegiate Manager, MAT Lead and National Collegiate Manager as needed
