Cement Hand Jobs

Monitors adherence to safety program policies and procedures in the plant and reports discrepancies to plant management.

Coordinates safety information to inform management and production managers of new issues.

Work with senior management to establish goals, metrics, and priorities for safety across the organization and manage the safety metrics.

Works with management and production management to minimize lost time accidents and reportable accidents.

Attends industry-specific meetings to discuss and update management on issues, concerns, trends, and enforcement actions arising in various geographic areas.

Special projects may be periodically assigned by executive management.

Assess needed repairs and report to Yard Manager

Report to Yard Manager for special job assignments

This position reports primarily to the Yard Manager on site.

Mechanic Shop by picnic table

Assist in loading and unloading material from machines

Assist operators and drivers in the retail shop/ store and yard

Handle and transport materials and equipment within the facility

Use power tools and machinery when needed

Set out or put away tools when needed

Clean up store and yard free of debris, dirt, and hazardous material

Department Management experience in multiple areas

Responsible for the day to day performance of the Plant within Production and Maintenance.

Responsible for the safety and health of employees, contractors, and visitors within his areas of responsibility.

Responsible on a monthly and yearly basis for the Plant’s performance against the approved operating budget and forecasts.

Ensures operating compliance to all governmental regulations and permits.

Develop and follow up on environmental objectives to achieve business objectives

Follow all Ring Concierge predefined specifications and requirements for asset creation

Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail

Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills

Experience in photo & video content creation

Experience as a professional hand model a plus, but not required

Experience in the Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, G-Suite, Keynote, and other related software is a plus

Experience with various lab equipment and testing including:

Develop techno-economic models to evaluate different process pathways for making beneficial use of processing byproducts

Interface with 3rd party vendors or companies to plan and execute pilot trials and accelerate commercial deployment.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures for material processing and development of different mix designs.

Particle Size Analyzer & Sieve analysis

Performing Atterbergs limits, proctors, and numerous other geotechnical soils testing.

Qualified individual must know Washington State Grade Standards and knowledge of fruit varieties.

Good communication skills are a must.

Requirements of the Hand Weaver:

Responsibilities of the Hand Weaver:

High school diploma or GED

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to obtain a U.S. clearance

Debagging of primal products according to OH&S, QA and workplace requirements

Operates Case Ready Machines (e.g. Bandsaw, Grasselli, Dicer, Pickle Injector, Brine Tank etc.) in accordance with OHS and QA requirements

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment

3 years: Conducting refractory selection and installation in a leadership capacity;

5 years: With Kiln and Mill operations;

2 years: Managing cement plant workers; and

1 year: Engaging in cement plant shutdown planning and execution.
