Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, mowers, pickup trucks, and hand tools.

Ability to repetitively lift and handle 35# propane bottles.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to use CMS to document daily, weekly and monthly quality control checks.

Assist the teacher with implementing the lesson plans and curriculum

Education and Experience: Currently registered in a union apprenticeship program or have completed a union apprenticeship program.

Language Skills: Must have an understanding of English as associated with jobsite safety and the typical duties required of the position

Mathematical Skills: Basic understanding of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Computer Skills: No skills required

Rod, Spread, level, tamp and smooth concrete using a rake, shovel, float, trowel, power trowel, or power

Basic problem solving and organizational skills

Responsible for all elevated work associated with rigging up/down (i.e. removing horse head from pumping unit)

Drives the crew truck as needed

Performing maintenance services and repairs on oil and gas wells as part of a three-to-five-person crew

Operate/use rod wrenches, rod/tubing tongs, rod/tubing elevators, hand tools, powered rig tools and other related equipment.

Ensures cleanliness of stable stalls by cleaning each stall on a rotating basis as directed

Assists with the grooming and exercising of the horses

Ability to work with and around horses

Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Physical ability to stand, walk and for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Assist the Cement Field Supervisor with supervisory duties (i.e., performance management, corrective action, training, defining daily priorities, creating work schedules, etc.)

Perform quality control checks throughout job to ensure customer job requirements are met

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in cement equipment service operations, required

Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to give and follow directions in English

Proficient math skills, able to perform calculations

Has a mechanical aptitude and knowledge of safe hand tool use

Must have knowledge and ability to build forms and set forms

Install batter boards; safety requirements for building work; and operation of pneumatic and electric power tools

4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience

Read blueprints; advanced layout; use of Simon forms; layout of anchor bolts

Ability to use level (instrument); ability to use transit; ability to tie rebar;

Reports and corrects any unsafe or questionable areas and practices to management as soon as possible.

Ensures plant operations, quality control and production by designated crew meetings or exceed the requirements outlined by the Plant Manager.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education or experience preferred.

Plans and manages the execution of outages

Must maintain and manage department budgeting process

Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization

Process engineering experience doing things like air flow measurements, heat and mass balancing, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build consensus and confidence

Analyze equipment shutdowns and make recommendations for operational and control changes, and follow up on implementation of agreed upon changes

BS in Chemical Engineering preferred. If have process background, then Mechanical or Industrial Engineering BS degree is good as well.

Able to develop long-term solutions for repair and maintenance problems

Travel may occasionally require you to be away from home for extended periods.

Assists engineers with field activities as needed

Provides administrative assistance to engineers, such as document control, photo processing, and project/subcontractor scheduling

Coordinate calibration of tools and instruments

Able to hold regular office hours when not in the field

Perform other duties as assigned

Oil and gas experience preferred, but not required.

First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 06:00pm )

Shop hand assists replacing paraffin guides on sucker rods.

Physical work with heat, and metal.

Other shop hand duties as assigned.

Work times and days may vary dependent on supervisors needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1+ year(s) of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred

Ability to show knowledge of running tongs and all other equipment

Basic knowledge of MS Office preferred

Performs fall arrest system, harness, derrick, and hoisting component inspections as required
