Advanced level Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formula calculations)

JDA Allocations and/or E3 experience required

Allocate bulk purchase orders using the Allocations system. Place replenishment purchase orders.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Ensure timely and accurate execution in support of New Store Openings.

Understanding of inventory planning and management techniques

Plan and manage inventory rebalancing across locations and regions; and set SKU targets by DC locations

Manages In-season inventory node allocation, including wholesale order book and manage in-bound inventory allocation

Manage cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances

Experience in S&OP/SDS process meetings; approved inventory plans being used in S&OP meetings preferred

Ensure key item product assortment supports presentation minimums, safety stock requirements and marketing campaigns.

Review and analyze business to identify potential inventory opportunities or liabilities and take action to adjust inventory targets.

Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

You have strong computer skills including business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office, especially Excel

Experience with Washington State Growth Management Act, State Environmental Policy Act, Shoreline Management Act, long range planning, and community planning.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, OR QUALIFICATIONS:

Four years of progressively responsible technical or professional work experience in land use and environmental review and permit processing, OR

Two years experience as a planner or equivalent experience.

What you will do - Essential responsibilities

Log and track deliveries and vehicle inventory

Move cars around the site so they are available for customers to view

Reviews sign permits for compliance with stringent sign code regulations.

Enforces compliance with all applicable laws, codes and regulations and the City's Land Development Code.

Letters in response to public requests.

Conducts field/construction site inspections to determine compliance with all applicable codes, zoning regulations and ordinances.

Receives and verifies accuracy of all documents and forms required for Occupational License applications; provides land use approval for Occupational Licenses.

Assists in the coordination of Public Art installation and annual inspections.
