Overview An Associate Customer Success Manager is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and helping customers achieve their desired outcomes. They must be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. Detailed Job Description The Associate Customer Success Manager is responsible for providing customer service and support to customers. They must be able to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions. They must be able to provide product and service information to customers.
