Previous knowledge and experience with youth recreational programs

Recruit and bring new youth participants into programs

Assist direct supervisor with planning, leading, and implementing program activities, workshops and events

Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Respond to emergency situations on a 24-hour / 7-day basis; be on-call in accordance with departmental standards.

Read and interpret blue prints, plat maps and schematics.

Previous retail experience highly desirable—great customer service is our goal.

Knowledge of indoor plants and plant care a plus. (Sky is willing to provide training.)

Assist customers to find indoor plants suitable to different growing conditions.

Advise customers on indoor plant care.

Water, groom, price and stock indoor plants; stock and price indoor gardening supplies.

Help unload and process incoming indoor plant material as needed.

Possess or ability to obtain flagging and traffic control certification.

Perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance and construction tasks

Perform semi-skilled tasks without close supervision.

Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Use light and heavy equipment, hand and power tools, and light and heavy vehicles to perform seasonal grounds and landscape maintenance.

Considerable experience in affordable housing property management, Fair Housing Law, Landlord-Tenant Law OR

Utilizes excellent time management and problem solving techniques, and use of professional judgment in complex situations; demonstrates strong project management skills.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
