REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)

Drawing conclusions and devising solutions to problems relating to financial management effectiveness work methods, financial systems and procedure efficiency

The Contractor shall also support financial executions and Security Assistance Management Reviews and any other financial reviews as necessary.

3+ years of direct Supply Chain and Materiel Management experience

Prior AFSC 2SX1 Military Occupational Classification or other DoD service Supply Chain and Materiel Management Specialist equivalent highly desired

Responsible for picking, packing, kitting, packaging, receipt and secure storage of products and materials.

Ensures timely receipt and storage of raw materials and other goods, equipment, product packaging, and related supplies.

Performs work and analysis associated with the management of items, and prepares data for accurate planning of budgetary estimates.

Applies knowledge and experience to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of assigned programs

Independently prepares presentations and reports for management relative to any aspect of assigned items or projects when required.

Provides status briefings to management and customers.

Extensive knowledge of large, complex aviation and/or communications-electronic ground systems CLS programs and their QA requirement

Validates all Air Force repair requirements data, initiates repair, maintains documentation for repair actions.

Manages, administers and operates supply systems and activities in order to provide the necessary equipment and supplies for Air Force operations

Responsible for financial planning, funds control, requirements computation, allowances determination, research, and identification of supplies and equipment

Computes requirement, determines allowance, and researches and identifies supplies and equipment requirements

Ability to operate light and heavy equipment; working knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices used in building maintenance;

Working knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions;

Ability to operate power and manual tools;

Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, extended hours out of doors in varying weather conditions;

Ability to operate various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently;

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public;

12 years of experience or more based on the educational requirements above.

Participate in integrated logistics support management team meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and other related meetings.

Develop, modify, prepare and/or validate documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.

Manage life cycle logistics planning to include end of program requirements and life cycle cost development.

Have knowledge in software development and depot avionics testing and repair.

Previous yard hostling experience in a fast paced environment highly preferred.
