• 2nd Continuous Shift 7pm-7am (4 days on/4 days off)
• Can reliably commute to our Newington, CT facility
• 1st Continuous Shift 7am-7pm (4 days on/4 days off)

  • 2nd Continuous Shift 7pm-7am (4 days on/4 days off)

You should be able to:

• Be comfortable with computers
• Read, write, and communicate effectively
• Possess technical/mechanical aptitude
• Be quality conscious and detail oriented

The main job responsibilities include:

• Change blanket
• Assist in the production of a job
• Communicate, as needed, press maintenance, supply and safety issues to shift supervisor.
• Change cylinders
• Work on Web press, as required, as part of the training process for becoming a Web press operator.
• Registering color to color of a job
• Hang plate
• Operate press in the absence of the first press operator
• Assist the first press operator in the job setup, by learning how to:
  • Change cylinders
  • Hang plate
  • Change blanket
  • Registering color to color of a job
• Maintain a clean work environment
