Makes initial contact with the patients and explains services offered.

Reports progress of care to Social Workers who referred cases, as indicated.

Follows up and does start of care for referrals and other cases as assigned.

Proven experience in field operations management or a similar role.

Collaborate with senior management to define performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targets for field operations.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on field operations performance for senior management and other stakeholders.

Reports repairs beyond capabilities of custodial workers to supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Working in 15-20 ft. deep concrete aeration basin, approximately 175ft x 125ft, open top, not a confined space.

Working in Circular tanks called clarifiers, 12 to 14 ft. deep, open top, not a confined space.

Working with water hoses, washing down basin

Squeegee work, shovel work, scrub brushes on handles

Prepares samples for analysis involving thorough cleanliness and complex steps for analysis using chromatographic techniques and other analytical techniques as applicable.

Actively participates in investigation of laboratory results, when required.

Assists, as and when needed, scientists working in the laboratory.

Informs QC Coordinator if chemical or reference standard is expired for removal from laboratory area.

Performs calibration of dissolution apparatus, FT-IR, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, HPLC as assigned by the supervisor.

Moving material and equipment from designated storage areas to work areas and scaffolding to efficiently supply materials to masons and laborers.

Cleaning work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood, and plastic.

Following all safety protocols& company standards and legal regulations to ensure a safe and positive work atmosphere.

Maintaining forklift equipment by troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, recommending repairs, and performing routine pre and post-inspections.

Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

One year of relevant clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience that qualifies the candidate as a QMHP.
