3+ years of direct and indirect management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Manage schedule of production work closely with Production Planner.

Lead and/or support activities or projects designed to maintain employee engagement and facilitate development of non-production related skills.

Refine Factory Certified Installation (FCI) partner requirements
