Overview A Workforce Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the workforce of an organization. This includes managing the recruitment, training, and development of employees, as well as ensuring that the organization’s workforce is properly utilized and managed. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire employees. Detailed Job Description A Workforce Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of employees. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain the best talent, as well as ensuring that the organization’s workforce is properly utilized and managed. The Workforce Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the organization’s workforce is properly managed and utilized. Additionally, the Workforce Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and morale. • Knowledge of performance management processes.
• Knowledge of employee engagement and morale processes.
