Six years of full-time work experience in any field may be substituted for the required baccalaureate degree.
A maximum of 120 semester hours may be combined with experience to substitute for the baccalaureate degree.
30 to 59 semester hours credit will substitute for one year of experience towards the baccalaureate degree.
60 to 89 semester hours credit will substitute for two years of experience towards the baccalaureate degree.
90 to 119 semester hours credit will substitute for three years of experience towards the baccalaureate degree.

They work with employers, job seekers, and other stakeholders to identify and develop job opportunities, provide training and support services, and ensure that job seekers are prepared to enter the workforce. They also provide guidance and support to employers to ensure that their workforce development initiatives are successful. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of workforce development principles and practices
• Knowledge of job search and placement strategies
• Knowledge of labor market trends and job opportunities
• Ability to develop and implement workforce development initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with employers, job seekers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and develop reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in workforce development or related field
