Minimum 4 years relevant work experience required

Workday certifications (such as Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Reporting, etc.) are preferred

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations within Workday

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

Strong background and experience in finance operations and/or working with purchasing, accounts payable, suppliers, expenses, and budgets is desirable.

Knowledge of and experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies are advantageous.

Preferred experience in a higher education environment.

Facilitate requirements gathering and design activities for Workday projects.

Define, document, and maintain business processes, requirements, and policies, continually seeking ways to enhance processes and procedures.

Support and manage operations-related initiatives identified by the Workday platform owner.

Functional knowledge of recruiting & core HCM data management, technical knowledge Of EIB Loads, and experience with standard testing procedures

As instructed by the Lead Analyst, analyzes any downstream technical impact from backlog resolution and/or release management activities.

Previous experience configuring Workday advanced compensation and benefits preferred

Gathering of requirements for system development, administration, and enhancements

Well-versed and experienced In EIB Data Loads.

Assist In other areas of the application support as needed such as payroll, benefits, and time and labor

Develop training materials and participate in change management efforts including training and educating the business on Workday and People team processes

Participate in process optimization and standardization, along with other responsibilities as assigned

Collaborate with senior architects to identify potential solutions; develop prototypes and design requirements documentation

Manage reports and reporting requests following Oscar's reporting philosophy

3+ years Workday HRIS experience

3+ years of relevant experience in a fast paced environment

HRIS / HCM experience is a "must have".

Experience with related work on Workday or similar HCM Enterprise software.

Location: Remote (Need to work in PST Times)

Serves as the liaison between HR and technical development teams.

Analyze business requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure business needs are met

Ability to configure and maintain Workday systems to meet business requirements, with a particular emphasis on Workday implementation projects.

Develop and maintain reports to meet business requirements.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Finance modules
