Booking & coordination of smartest means to transport goods within expected requirements.

Manage safety stock levels and optimize logistical efficiency by managing EOQs.

Support Global Supply Manager on collecting NDA’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s and RFP’s and ensure all commercial terms are agreed and documented.

Provide analysis of existing requirements and pricing to ensure the most cost-effective options.

Computer Software knowledge and Experience : Minitab®, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project®, Microsoft Office®, Windows®, Visio®, Microsoft Teams and ZOOM.

Previous Experience in Medical Device, Pharma or Biomedical Industry

Experience in Gemba, Kaizen Events

Lean/Six Sigma Certifications, if applicable.

Execute designated Continues Improvement Activities, Projects or Analysis to Improve Efficiency, Process Flow, 5S, Floor Space, among others.

Use of Lean Principles to minimize waste within manufacturing operation among others.

Prior internship experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

Strong verbal / written communication and computer skills

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Snowmakers will run snowmaking equipment for creating manufactured snow from water resources for slope side use

Knowledgeable in different layers of security such as Network Security, Application security, Data security and policy prevention management

Previous internship and/or PMI certificate or program management experience is a plus

As a Finance Co-op you may be required to:

Support internal and external financial audits

Help to execute balance sheet account reconciliations

Prepare departmental business vs actuals (BVA’s) reports

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, software engineers, and product managers to design and implement features that improve the user experience.

Apply knowledge of UI design and software engineering to develop new user interfaces and interaction models in HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Svelte.

Strategically imagine, conceive of, manage, and drive UI design projects from concept to implementation.

Deep experience in interaction prototyping for different form factors and interfaces.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Experience working with 3D Game Engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine or Godot a plus.

Manage projects from initial concept through design, assembly, and final commissioning.

Excellent grasp of engineering fundamentals with experience using power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, probing PCBAs, and reading schematics.

Design experience with CAD software such as CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, Altium, or Eagle.

Act as a liaison between bartender, guest, and management
