Generate certificates of conformance, compile and issue Quality Assurance Certification Packages in accordance with customer requirements.

Experience working with material certification packages a plus

Manage manufacturing records, ensuring documents are complete and accurate.

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

2+ years prior shipping & receiving experience.

Experience in ERP systems, Epicor/CMS a plus

Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment preferred

Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)

Send ASN's in a timely manner per customer requirements

Follow all work and safety instructions for all assigned operations

Operate assigned mobile equipment, including fork trucks/tuggers safely and with due consideration to pedestrians and safety regulations

Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet customer requirements

Coordinate with Freight Company for shipments too large for parcel pickup

Makes initial inbound inventory entries by entering completed receiving documents into the Ceres inventory management system.

Assist the Transportation Manager by taking and scheduling all requests for inbound/receiving appointments.

Assist the Transportation Manager by entering monthly dates for Agencies to place on-line orders on the Driver route board.

Updating the inbound freight schedule throughout the day as inbound loads are completed or as directed by the transportation Manager.

Assist the Inventory Control Manager with maintaining completed receiving document files (scanning all BOLs and maintaining inbound Government documentation)

Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, managers, and customers, both internal and external.
