High School diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training helpful.

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Read and interpret job cards and distribution slips to verify correct packaging.

Verify correct size of drill bits with various measuring devices such as micrometers and rulers.

Package product according to specifications.

Ensure proper routing of product.

Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office)

Wand trays as they come in from Final Inspection

Sort the trays/sleeves for the appropriate row by bin location

Scan the trays to properly decrement inventory

Assist in restocking and cycle counting

Print billing invoices and distribute them by tray number

HS or equivalent (Minimum one year experience with UPS Worldship and/or FedEx Logisitics management tools and LTL document processing)

Must have a minimum of two years recent experience with FedEx, UPS or LTL shipping portals and packing knowledge.

Time management - managing one's own time and the time of others

Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.

Forklift certification - not required but preferred

Judgement and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
