Outbound Fulfillment Manager Jobs

We are growing and looking for an Outbound Fulfillment Manager to lead and manage key operational activities to streamline the business and foster collaboration between different teams.

This position provides the opportunity to work with different groups within the organization, manage orders fulfillment, shipments, billing, materials procurement all while using information systems and project management tools and technologies.

This role is an immediate impact and complex role, and it must be undertaken by someone who can jump into complex problems, driving cross-organizational collaboration, rolling up sleeves and getting hands dirty on systems and data, and ultimately delivering results with a tenacious passion for doing “what it takes”.

You will do this by:

• Identify processes that can be improved, make recommendations, and lead the process from start to finish.
• Follow processes, policies, and procedures around order fulfillment.
• Keep stakeholders always informed.
• Manage internal and external processes and activities with regards to orders fulfillment, billing, and materials, including working with 3PL and vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments and serve as a focal point for order related requests, including prioritization, configuration, freight / shipping, timeline.
• Manage KPIs and make sure to comply with internal and external SLAs.

Required credentials, training, education, and traits:

• Independent, self-starter mentality.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
• Experience in close engagement and management of third-party fulfillment (3PL) partners preferred.
• Proactive problem solving with communication and collaborative skills.
• Project management experience and familiarity with PM tools and technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant Planning, Logistics, or Fulfillment roles, preferably in Medical Devices, or Consumer Electronics.
• Experience with order management & order entry in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; Oracle NetSuite, and other
• Excellent communications skills build consensus and form trusting relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Expertise in Excel; experience retrieving insights/reports from data portals (Tableau, Business Intelligence hubs)
• Experience working with remote teams.
