Manage an inbox of incoming and outgoing messages with patients to collect information needed prior to virtual healthcare visits

Experience with G-Suite and Slack

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Confirm sufficient and accurate information is collected before directing patients to join healthcare visits with medical providers

Experience with remote work is a plus.

Tech-savvy with experience working in multiple computer systems simultaneously.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Customer-obsess mentality with 2-3 years of experience in an operational leadership or advisory position.

3-5 years of Customer Service experience.

Provide comprehensive feedback. Contributes to process improvements by gathering feedback and providing information to key stakeholders.
