Track, process, and manage orders for customers

Utilize proprietary and off-the-shelf software to manage your book of labs

Full-time salaried $40K to $55K, depending on experience

Communicate with suppliers (sales reps, technical help & customer service) to obtain pricing, technical information and retrieve order updates

Proactively solve logistics and supply chain issues on behalf of customers

Organize basic accounting details on behalf of your books of labs, e.g. purchase orders and invoices reporting progress

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Solid relationship management and customer service skills.

Maintain a working knowledge of claims trends and construction costs.

Create an exceptional member experience by building a lasting relationship with the member based on trust and empathy.

2 – 5 years experience in loss control, construction, home inspection, residential or commercial appraising, insurance, or a related position preferred.

Strong interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Significant experience using SAP Spend Management Suite (Ariba, Spend, Contracts, etc.).

Support spend management strategies including supplier assessments and rationalization, security of supply, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Proficient in analytics, negotiations, time-management and communications.

3+ years of tail spend management (and/or sourcing procurement) in an operational role.
